Hi y’all!
My name is Gofil, who is Gofil? you may have seen my name on some places on the website or maybe not. I am the web architect for Living watercolor as well as some of our other sites, I have a blog at Gofil’s world.com and I am helping Colette with her newly redone site at colettepitcher.com
After that, why am I posting on here? well after editing the film for the classes I got interested in painting (duh!) I have no artistic ability, well not yet anyway. I am hoping to post some of my paintings on here in a new gallery I am putting together for this site. What I would like to do is challenge any of our users or readers of this site to send me an email with what your painting (or who) and what you may have learned from Colette. I will add all your art work to the gallery and we can all look at it and comment on each others trials and tribulations of our foray into the world of Watercolor Painting!
Colette has even agreed to critique any of the art sent in, if you would like her too that is. I don’t have anything painted as of yet, unless finger painting from childhood qualifies, but I do have some photo’s of things I may try to paint that I wanted to share with you all and see if it inspires anyone to photograph something and paint it or submit a photo for anyone to use as inspiration.
